FV worm gears

Standard helical gears that can easily replace aluminum gears. Dertec FV worm gears are made of stainless steel in round shapes, making them ideal for the needs of the food industry.

The efficiency of the worm gear decreases as the gear ratio increases. For high gear ratios, it is also worth considering FK hypoid gears, where the efficiency remains good up to i = 300.

FFA pinion gears

FS (A) cylindrical worm gears

The efficiency of a combination of bevel gear and worm gear is generally better than that of a worm gear alone. Dertec FSA gearboxes offer a wide range of gear ratios, compact external dimensions and high efficiency.

FR gears

FR gears have been developed to be energy efficient and compact. The gearbox has the same frame structure in 2- and 3-phase solutions. Mounting and shaft dimensions correspond to standard gears. The rounded shapes and smooth construction make FR gears an excellent solution for the food industry.

Stainless IEC motors for the food industry

As a pair of stainless steel gears, Dertec has its own stainless motor series. The engines have been developed with the needs of the food industry in mind. The result of the long development work is a motor that is suitable for even the most demanding objects exposed to moisture and bacteria. Like gears, the shape of the motor is polished and rounded. Junction boxes and bearing guards are specially designed to minimize the accumulation of dirt in them.
